Microsoft’s latest update to its operating system, Windows Vista, is not long away. It is a major Windows Vista 2.jpgdevelopment from Windows XP, both in look and functionality. Let’s take a look at some of the new user-end features it offers.

Windows Aero
Not a chocolate bar, but an updated visual style with prettier transparencies and eye-candy animations. The style of buttons, control panels, icons, fonts and user notifications has all changed. Aero is said to stand for "authentic, energetic, reflective, and open". Users that prefer a more classic Windows look can choose a "basic" variation of Aero, which looks more like Windows XP.
